Kestin Hare was launched in 2014 when Edinburgh-born Kestin Hare returned to his hometown. His grandad inspired him to pursue a degree in Fashion Design BA Hons and Marketing, which then led him directly into the fashion industry.

Kestin carved out his 15-year career working for some of the biggest names in the business, most notably holding the position of Head of Design at Nigel Cabourn. It was there that Nigel honed Kestin's passion for vintage, looking to the old to find something new, and instilled the importance of UK manufacturing.

Kestin has steadily created his signature look for Kestin Hare through nurturing his core values of vintage research, exploration of advanced fabrics and dedication to customer service.

New for 2018, Kestin Hare has been challenged to interpret what a modern Edinburgh hotel room would look like, featuring a curated selection of Scottish made products.

With every detail carefully considered, Kestin sources an elite collection of the nation’s designers from across the creative industries including photography, furniture, textiles, food, drinks and ceramics.

The ‘future hotel room’ will be unveiled in Kestin Hare’s Cruiser Store in Leith on the evening of April 27th and will be open to the public from 28th April – 12th May.

Opening times:

Monday - Saturday 11am - 6pm

Sunday 11am - 4pm

Location: Kestin Hare, Cruiser Store, Customs Wharf, Edinburgh EH6 6PL
